Kelvin grew up on Christmas Hill in beautiful Victoria, BC. There he gained an appreciation for nature and wildlife, and has fond memories of exploring Swan Lake sanctuary with his brother. He has been an animal lover ever since, and currently has four animals of his own. Most recently, he adopted a Siberian husky.
During his formative years, he and his family sailed the Caribbean, as well as travelled many parts of the world. He also spent a few years living in San Diego, California. These experiences helped develop his appreciation for all cultures, however Vancouver Island is the place he happily continues to call home. He graduated with Honors from St. Michael’s University School, and apprenticed with one of the most experienced land developers on the island. This taught him the necessary skills that allow him to understand and manage the intricate dealings of the Real Estate World.
Adventurous and passionate about sports, Kelvin grew up playing hockey and lacrosse, and surfs whenever he can. He studied Business and Math at Queen’s University for four years while playing varsity lacrosse. He then returned to Victoria to complete his Real Estate Certification through the University of British Columbia. Kelvin is responsible, reliable, and hard working above all. His family, friends, and teammates describe him as a team player who puts the needs of others first.
